Welcome to TheLongestRoad.net

When your mid 20s are slipping away and with your 30s not too far off, it's time to embark on another adventure - cycling, unsupported, from Tierra del Fuego, Argentina to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.

From Ushuaia, Argentina Tom Henson-Webb and Alan Wells cycled together to Salta, Argentina before parting company. Tom then navigated Bolivia before meeting James Peacock in La Paz, Bolivia who then plan to find their way to the Alaskan finish line.

Inside you'll find up to date info on the Pan American Highway adventure. Setting off in November 2011 they will be covering the 19,000 miles in approximately 18 months.

The aim of the trip is to raise awareness, and as much money as possible for Medecins San Frontieres, who provide free, unprejudiced medical aid wherever it is needed across the globe. This is a fantastic independent organisation, so please, if you click on one link on this website, make it the one below. http://www.msf.org.uk
